Specialized Training regarding Military/Veterans and Families

Jump The Broom LLC is contracted with Star Behavioral Health Providers (SBHP), a vital program that equips mental health clinicians to provide culturally-sensitive assessment and treatment for military veterans and their families. Through this work, I help professionals gain the critical skills needed to support our service members and their loved ones, all while earning CEUs. This training is FREE and provides 7 CEUs. The Genesis of Jump The Broom LLC: From Moral Injury to Systemic Change

​

This presentation marks the official "birth" of Jump The Broom LLC. Originally delivered as a foundational lecture on the Moral Injuries of Mandated Reporting, this session explored the deep ethical friction clinicians face when systemic protocols clash with equitable care.

The insights and data from this presentation served as the catalyst for my first formal research manuscript, currently in the publication process (Pediatrics). This work moved beyond the lecture hall and into the literature, providing the framework for our current clinical consulting and leadership training.
