The Genesis of Jump The Broom LLC: From Moral Injury to Systemic Change

This presentation marks the official "birth" of Jump The Broom LLC. Originally delivered as a foundational lecture on the Moral Injuries of Mandated Reporting, this session explored the deep ethical friction clinicians face when systemic protocols clash with equitable care.

The insights and data from this presentation served as the catalyst for my first formal research manuscript, currently in the publication process (Hospital Pediatrics). This work moved beyond the lecture hall and into the literature, providing the framework for our current clinical consulting and leadership training.

My Approach: LISW Supervision for the Whole Clinician

My supervision philosophy is rooted in the same **trauma-informed, human-centered approach** I apply to all my work. I believe that great supervision isn't just about case review and compliance; it's about developing you, the clinician.

Our goal is not only to meet the Ohio CSWMFT Board requirements but to ensure the ongoing Health, Competency, Advocacy, and Ethical Practice of your career. We'll create a safe, collaborative space to navigate challenges, build confidence, prevent burnout, and foster the skills you need to excel as an independent practitioner.  I offer individual LISW supervision at this time.  ​
